Whilst running his own Training and Development consultancy, Seilpartner Köln in Cologne, Germany he worked with partner organizations such as UBEK Management Consultancy Bonn, Germany, and for Insight Out Event & Incentive Co.   Cologne, Germany. Most of these are reputed business consultancy firms which developed and carried out team-building and self-development seminars for various target groups, from trainees to managers.

One of his such experiences were with Ford Germany where he organized and led multiple one week outdoor team-building seminars, where intensive training was carried out, working on a one-to-one basis with each team member. Seminars concentrated on aspects such as team work, communication, feedback, work cycles, self-development and team-development processes. Other Trainings included delivering in-depth written and oral reports to senior management with an emphasis on finding solutions for continued professional development possibilities.

Developed, coordinated and ran one to two day team incentive days for various client companies including McKinsey, Jack Wolfskin and Allianz, with attendance numbers from 100 to 600 participants.

In addition to his professional career he competed, as the German White Water Champion, for the German national team in international competitions such as the World and European championships.
