You will have the opportunity to contribute towards the overall organisational success, by aligning the IT infrastructure with the organisational strategy and advising the Senior Management team on best practices. To achieve this you will carry out benchmarks and develop new and innovative ideas on how the strategic goal of the organisation can be meet trough the use of sophisticated and modern information and system management.
Develop development plans for individual team members and train them to carryout their work effectively and efficiently, to satisfy the internal customers will help you to achieve the above mentioned goals.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Strategic improvements in IT infrastructure.
• Manage and develop a team of 3 system administrators.
• Availability of disaster recovery site and trained set of staff members to handle contingencies.
• Improve internal systems to insure that information is available for organization decision making in the most effective manner.
• Value addition to internal product and services.
• Solving technical issues (Not pre-planned) internal and external related to network settings, security settings, interoperability etc.
Experience & Qualifications
• A bachelor’s Degree in IT for a well reputed University and CCNA, MCSE, RHCE would be of added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Software Development/Network administration
• In depth knowledge in Linux & Windows operating systems
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
• Strong problem solving skills and Analytical thinking
• You will be a person who takes the initiative and makes thinks happen
• Financial Planning and Management skill are a must
