  Reporting to Regional Sales Manager
  Job Overview As the Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to expand the customer base locally and internationally by entering into new markets for hSenid high quality software solutions. You are also responsible for creating and implementing strategies to seek out potential partners to promote our software solutions.
  Duties & Responsibilities • Create and implement strategies to promote our software solutions.
• Develop strategies to penetrate and capture both local and international market.
• Monitor competitor activities and be proactively approach the potential customers.
• Create and implement strategies to seek out potential partners to promote our software solutions.
• Present and discuss technology in a competent manner with customers and travel on site where required.
• Tracking industry developments and standards and implementing these into the companies technologies
  re-seller issues.
  Experience & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent qualifications are required. MBA is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in business development/sales and marketing, preferably within the information technology related field.
  Skills & Personal Characteristics • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker who can create and implement complex and comprehensive business strategies.
• Self-motivated, Self-disciplined and confident, with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive marketplace.
