Job Overview |
As a Process Lead you are responsible to implement & maintain CMMi Quality Management System (QMS).
You need to have a thorough understanding of CMMi methodologies as well as other contemporary quality practices like ISO 9001 & Six Sigma.
You will have to work with external process consultants and manage QMS implementation within the organization.
you should be able to understand the various processes at different business units and integrate them with the CMMi framework. |

Duties & Responsibilities |
• Implement and maintain CMMi quality management system (Ver 1.2).
• Work with external process consultants in QMS implementations.
• Providing process consultancy and related support to internal business units.
• Conducting internal audits & Participating in external appraisals.
• Performing gap analysis, process compliance as per CMMi & ISO standards.
• Project reviews through the life cycle of the project.
• Introducing new process initiatives.
• Metrics data analysis.
• Preparing Process Guidelines & Quality Manuals.
• Inculcate a concept of processes as habits and not only as a benchmark for certifications. |

Experience & Qualifications |
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Technology or Engineering. Post Graduate qualifications are preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in CMMi consultation.
• Experience in driving continuous process improvements within the organizations is required.
• Other qualifications like Lead Appraiser/Lead Auditor/Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt is a plus. |
