Job Overview |
Development of Web Applications according to the Requirements of software product. |
| |
Duties & Responsibilities |
• Design, prototype, and document Active product user interfaces.
• Produce wire frame UI concepts and detailed UI design
• Develop and maintain UI specification documents
• Ensure user interface consistency within a multi- application suite
• Support common user interface elements, such as icons and menus
• Design and prototype new user interface controls
• Conceptualize, research, design, and collaborate on a variety of visual solutions
• Gather and analyze user requirements, understand and interpret user needs and goals into design solutions
• Working closely with a cross-functional team to assess product requirements to design easy-to-use and innovative user interfaces
• Create wireframes, prototype navigation models and interaction designs for demonstration and usability testing prior to development
• Revise UI designs based on continuing user testing and customer feedback |

Experience & Qualifications |
• A minimum of two years of graphical user interface design experience, including one year building usability prototypes
• At least two years of experience applying human factors to software development processes
• Excellent knowledge of human-computer interaction techniques and issues for PC and World Wide Web platforms
• Excellent user interface and graphic design knowledge and skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Ability to focus on details and apply new technology
• Experience with Photoshop, PowerPoint, Flash, Flex, and/or Fireworks
• Self motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Experience building usability prototypes using Flash, Visual Basic, JSP, HTML, and .NET Technologies
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, computer graphics, industrial design, computer science, human-computer interaction, cognitive psychology, or a related field is an added advantage |
