Sampath has over 15 years of experience in the field of Information Technology ranging from Software Engineering to Management.
Prior to joining hSenid, Sampath worked as the CEO of TechSys(Pvt) Ltd, a software development and IT resource outsourcing company based in Sri Lanka.
Majority of Sampath’s career was based in the USA, where he worked for Computer Associates (CA), a fortune 500 company, for 12 years where he was extensively involved in development of some of the industry leading software products such as ErWIN Data Modeler and other Application Lifecycle Management solutions.
Sampath worked at Platinum Technology Inc., (Currently CA) prior to joining Computer Associates and was involved in development of Paradigm Plus (Allfusion Component Modeler), an object oriented data modeling tool.
Prior to that he was with Centra 2000 Inc, under Auto-Trol Technology Corporation, Colarado, USA, working on a cutting edge configuration management and a Product Lifecycle Management solution, KONFIG CM, which was used in the aerospace industry such as Boeing and Kennedy Space Center, managing its parts, processes and documents.
Sampath’s experience includes all aspects of Software Engineering, starting from Software design and development, Software Quality and Delivery Assurance, Support and Maintenance, IT best-practices, Consultation, Business Development and Management.
As the General Manager, Sampath oversees the Business Development, Marketing, Sales, Engineering and Management at hSenid Mobile.
Sampath holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Information Systems and a Masters Degree in Software Engineering from the University Of Houston, Clear Lake in Texas – USA.
