Responsible for the strategic human resource management of the company and monitoring of the administrative human resource functions |

• Recruiting the right person at the right time
• Enhance skill level of the Staff
• Constantly enhance the performance of the staff

• Minimize staff turnover
• Organizing events for staff enjoyment and welfare
• Monitor implementation of administrative HR processes
• Automation of HR System |

Experience & Qualifications |
• Degree/masters in Human Resources Management or equivalent qualifications
• Minimum 3 years experience in all aspects of human resources management
• Legal qualifications or experience would be an added advantage |
