The integrated hSenid HRM Enterprise Version 4.5, is a comprehensive Human Resource Management (HRM) solution that caters to a wide and a variety of HRM requirements while providing industry's best practices to the clientele.

HRM Enterprise is a state-of-the-art solution equipped with a host of features and functionality. Effective management of vital information at the click of the mouse button enables users to monitor the areas of employee life cycle management, employee performance evaluation, career planning, benefit administration, training and development, etc, while optimizing the resources, thus, enabling to streamline processes across the organization.

HRM Enterprise consists of 27 modules to facilitate smooth data transfers across divisions in a more accurate and timely fashion. , including, Personal Information Manager, Employee Self Service, Leave Management, Recruitment, Human Resource Planning, Transfers and Promotions, Performance Appraisal, and Training and Development, are just to name a few that are driven through a workflow management system.

Furthermore, this solution extends its features and functionality to accommodate all Payroll and Time Attendance requirements in any organization. Moreover, this solution not only facilitates and provides a formula-builder enabling users to define their own formulas for calculations, but also offers a wealth of Management Information Reports with the additional capability to perform ad-hoc reporting and analyze data through the powerful Report Navigator tool. The solution is capable of identifying the arrears and back-wages, performance based increments and processing information as required.

HRM Enterprise has the tremendous configurability to build reports based on cost-center profiles, and has the ability to identify training requests through various means such as performance gap analysis, skill inventory gap etc. Also hSenid ESS (Employee Self-Service) facilities together with multi-lingual KIOSK terminals enable employees to view their personal information while maintaining a high level of data security by reducing the workload on the HR department, who otherwise have to refer bulk documentation to provide such information. The system facilitates to divert valuable time of resources to allocate into more strategic and productive work. Employees can instantly access their information securely and proceed with their day-to-day information requirements.

Conducting Performance Appraisals has never been easy, thanks to the HRM Enterprise version 4.5. The new e-Performance module has the ability to define forms, and has the flexibility to change performance appraisal methods depending on employee goals setting and reviewing, benchmarking performance against defined weightings, and comparing organization’s skill inventory. This module also links to Salary Increments, Training & Development, and Disciplinary modules for even more comprehensive people management.

HRM Enterprise version 4.5 provides a dynamic organization chart level creation feature. The authorized users can define organizational structure based on defined criteria or hierarchy while changing the depth of presented structure at any time. Built in links directly to other functional modules allow quick workflow definitions and data transfers more securely and efficiently.
