Gold Coast, Australia, October 28th ,2003. hSenid Software International, with headquarters in Sri Lanka and a branch in USA, today launched a new version of its Productivity Suite at Destination Nokia in Gold Coast, Australia. Destination Nokia is an annual event where Nokia invites customers, analysts, developers and media to showcase new applications alongside their new mobile devices.

hSenid’s mobile Productivity Suite is a tool for enterprises with mobile employees. It enables them to send in time and expense sheets through their mobile phones, saving time and money. The new version includes improved log in procedures, enhanced security and a new design.

The new version will be launched and promoted at Destination Nokia. The CEO of hSenid, Mr. Dinesh Saparamadu, says in a statement that “We are very happy to be present at Nokia Destination as it is a premier event for mobile operators and service providers. We are glad to be part of that and launching the mobile Productivity Suite.”

hSenid Software works in close cooperation with Nokia, and has delivered six mobile applications to its Tradepoint. Nokia Tradepoint is a marketplace where mobile operators and service providers can buy mobile applications. The Productivity Suite can be found at the Tradepoint.

The Productivity Suite is a complete Time and Expense management solution, which enhances accessibility to employee’s expenditure anywhere, about time and money spent on projects and activities in an easy-to-use and straightforward manner.

Employees can view, enter and edit the time and cost information via their mobile phones, PDAs, laptops or simply through the internet. Mobile phones supporting SMS, WAP or J2ME can be used. Before entering the information, the users have to log in using username, password and company ID.

The time and cost information is stored at the Productivity Suite server where it can be accessed by any mobile device or over the internet. Administration & Finance personnel can bill clients, view previous expenses, approve or reject expenses, print expense sheets and client bills on time, enabling quick remuneration.

To ensure that there is no misuse of the system, there is created various levels of access in the system. This increases the overall security. This together with several other measures makes this a safe and secure solution for any company.
