  hSenid implements its Facility Management solution at SLT
  Sri Lanka Telecom (SLT) has signed up with hSenid Software International, Sri Lanka’s premier HRIS solution provider to upgrade the existing hSenid TMIS (Telecom Management Information System) that consists of a fully functional hSenid HRM Enterprise suite, including Payroll and Time & Attendance.

The enhanced hSenid HRM Enterprise solutions suite will process information of approximately 8,000 employees, island-wide through web-based interfaces, while addressing to every requirement of the HR staff at SLT. In addition, this solution will be capable of sharing information with other third party applications such as CODA financials, Fixed Assets, Fund Management, etc through seamless integration. It is user-friendly and will provide a wide variety of functions in terms of managing and processing information of the Human Capital of SLT at the click of the mouse button.

hSenid through its wide experience in the design, development and implementation of large scale solutions, has brought about a new business sense into making life easier of SLT employees, more enjoyable, thus improving the efficiency, accuracy and providing up to date information on Human Resources.

The upgraded TMIS Version 2.0, hSenid state-of-the-art solution for SLT will maintain all employee related information in the areas of Personal Information Management, Employee Life Cycle Management, HR & Career Planning, Employee Performance Management, Benefit Administration, Leave Management, Training and Development, HR Alerts & Triggers, Payroll, and Time & Attendance that will be driven through a workflow management system.

Furthermore, the upgrade will accommodate all Payroll and Time Attendance requirements within SLT, and will be capable of identifying the arrears & back-wages, performance based increments and processing information as required. Over Time calculations on multiple shifts, incentive calculation based on attendance, salary processing of individual basis, department wise or section– wise on any frequency could be performed at much ease.

Thanks to the enhanced Performance Management module, conducting Performance Appraisals has never been so easy. This web-based performance management module has the ability to define forms, and offers the flexibility to change performance appraisal methodology depending on employee’s goal setting & reviewing, and benchmarking performance against defined weightings while comparing organization’s skill inventory. This module also will be linked to Salary Increments, Recruitment & Resourcing and HR Planning modules for even more comprehensive people management.

The hSenid HRM Enterprise solution upgrade for SLT will provide dynamic organization chart level creation features. The authorized users will be able to define organizational structure based on defined criteria and hierarchy, while changing the depth of presented structure at any time. Furthermore, the built in links directly to other functional modules will allow quick workflow definitions and will provide information access to authorized users.

The enhanced system will facilitate divert valuable time of resources to allocate to more strategic and productive work. Employees will be able to instantly access information and will be able to proceed with their day-to-day information requirements.
